Our Goal:

To build Philadelphia’s image and increase visitation by positioning the region as a premiere destination for authentic beer experiences.

Our Mission:

  • To promote and support our members year-rou​​nd through traditional and new media.
  • To create a beer-literate consumer through  education​al​ events that will empower the consumer to participate in Philly’s rich brewing culture.
  • To act as a resource for “All things beer” in the great​er​-Philly region
  • To program, execute, and showcase all members through our BIGGEST week all year: Philly Beer Week.

Philly Beer Week

To celebrate Philadelphia as America’s Best Beer-Drinking City with a ten-day festival beginning the Friday following Memorial Day To promote the events occurring in this time frame through traditional and new media with a focus on our member businesses.

Philly Beer Week is a 501(c)6 nonprofit overseen by a board of directors comprised of seventeen industry professionals. We have two employees, our executive director and a director of development.
